Amid a deepening labor shortage, Nantsune has advanced automation in fixed-weight packaging of sliced meat. The "ZEUS" slicer achieves pack slicing with a weight accuracy of ±5%, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual weight adjustments—a traditional bottleneck to improved productivity.
When combined with an automatic dishing robot, the system can automate the dishing process as well, enabling significant labor savings.

This prestigious award honors companies, individuals, and organizations that have made remarkable contributions to the development of Japan’s food industry
Established in 1971 to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Shokuhin Sangyo Shimbunsha, the award is now in its 54th year. A panel of judges from public institutions selects award recipients by category and holds the award ceremony once a year.
